1. Booking Policy
1.1 How to Book
Bookings can be made:

1.2 Booking Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please verify all details and inform us of any necessary changes within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.
1.3 Arrival and Check-in
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to complete any formalities. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment.
2. Cancellation and Modification Policy
2.1 Cancellations
- More than 24 hours notice: Free cancellation, full refund
- Between 24 and 12 hours before: 50% service charge
- Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% service charge
2.2 Modifications
You can modify your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. Changes made with less than 12 hours notice will be treated as new bookings and may be subject to additional costs.
3. Pricing and Payment Policy
3.1 Pricing
Prices are available upon request and may vary based on location, service type, and treatment duration. Prices are subject to change without notice, but will always be confirmed at the time of booking.

We accept the following payment methods:

3.3 Packages and Promotions
We offer promotional packages and seasonal discounts. Packages have a specific validity (usually 6-12 months from purchase date) and are non-refundable. Promotions are not cumulative unless otherwise specified.
4. Health and Safety Policy
4.1 Health Information
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancies, or health issues before receiving any treatment. This helps us customize the treatment to ensure your safety and maximum benefit.
4.2 Contraindications
We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may be contraindicated for your health condition. In such cases, we will always try to offer an appropriate alternative.
4.3 Hygiene and Cleanliness
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All tools are sterilized according to Italian health regulations. Treatment areas are sanitized after each client.

7. Gift Card and Voucher Policy
Gift cards and vouchers:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Are not refundable for cash
- Can be used at any of our locations
- Are non-transferable (only the named person can use them)
8. Minors Policy
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Some treatments may not be suitable for minors. Please consult our staff before booking services for minors.
9. Valuables Policy
Centro Benessere is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items. We advise you not to bring valuables and to use the lockers provided for your personal belongings.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective from the date of publication.
